Franchisee George Eastcroft has now opened his fourth Papa John’s in Edinburgh, this time in Blackhall, located in the north west of the city. George confirms: “I joined Papa John’s in 2005. At the time, Papa John’s was new in Scotland and wasn’t that well known, so our main challenge was brand awareness. Fourteen years on and demand is such that I have opened yet another store to cover the city better and grow our customer base! “Now, the challenge is to continue
