Being featured on various compilations for labels like Turbo and Aeon is exciting. How do you select which tracks to include in these compilations?

“I let the label’s identity vibes and atmosphere inspire me when selecting tracks. It’s relatively easy for me to envision a track that suits the label’s style, background, and feelings.”

Remixes often allow artists to reinterpret others’ work. Can you tell us about a recent remix that was particularly meaningful to you?

“One of the most recent and meaningful remixes I worked on was a collaboration with my friend Dubfire remixing ‘Homologic’ from Emitr, an artist we both believe in. It was a blend of our unique styles, resulting in fresh, innovative soundscapes. The process of sending updates back and forth during the arrangement was an intriguing and creative experience.”

With your first solo album on the way, what themes or how does

it

sounds are you exploring, and represent you as an artist?

“I’ve been working on my solo album for a considerable amount of time, aiming to explore a wide range of sounds and create something extraordinary. Merging different genres and influences is a central theme. As a perfec- tionist, it’s taking time to finalize this project, but you can expect its release in 2024.”

Releasing an album is a significant milestone. How does the process of creating an album compare to your previous experiences with singles and EPs?

“Crafting an album is a unique and time-con- suming endeavour. I’m constantly refining it to align with my vision. Additionally, I’ve decided to collaborate with various artists, including singers and musicians, which adds an extra layer of complexity and depth to the project.”

You’re known for DJ sets that provide an emotional and evocative experience. How do you curate the tracks to construct that musical journey?

“I don’t follow a set formula. My sets are gui- ded by intuition, and I choose music that re- sonates with me at the moment. I also leave room for improvisation and let the energy of the crowd influence my selections, allowing each track to create special moments during the performance.”
