What’s the philosophy behind it, and what can listeners expect from your work with it ?


“The name comes from the concept of Marginalia. It’s sort of a cultural phenomenon which dates back to the 11th Century and references the wildly inventive notes, markings, doodles and sketches made in the margins of medieval books and scriptures. These margins were a place where the human imagination was free to run wild. These crazy, surreal drawings are musings and fractures that help us connect ideas and spur critical thinking. After deciding to start a label, I was always in the back of my head with the idea of finding a good name and concept. When I
