3 AdvertisingAgencies


3.1 Coiivnissicnwilofily be granted to agencies lorinaly recognised by the Newspaper Saiety or the Company at the time ol placing the order. The rate ol commission payable will be


determined by the Company any may be varied or witfxlrawn al the Corrpan/s (fiscrebon al any tone, subject to giwig the advertising agency seven days written notice thereof.


3.3 The Company reserves the ^ht to vary these terms ol acceptance of advertising and payment in respect of any advertising agency al the Compan/s iscretion. sutoect to giving the advertising agency seven days wntien notice thereof.


4 Time of Payment 4.1 Prepayment may be required for any advertisement al the Compan/s discretion.


4.2' Save as provided lor under Clause 4.1 above, payment shall be made for each advertisemeni within seven days ol the dale of the invoice, except that payment ol advertisements charged to an approved credit account shaB be made no later than t^ days after invoice. Should the Advertiser be in breach of these terms, or of any contract with the Company, then the fun amount in respect of aD advertising published and all other amounts accruing from the Advertiser slull become due and payable.


4.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw credi fadWies from any Advertiser at the Companv’s discretion subject lo giving the Advertiser seven days written notice thereof, if practicabte, or forthwith upon the issue of any Court proceeding ag ^ the Advertiser.


4.4 Afl payments must be accompanied by the remittance advice issued by the Company, ^


^ 5 Late Payments


5.1 The Cornpany shall be enWed to charge interest on aa sums due at a rate of 2% above the base rate for the tone be'ing ol lioyds Bank Limited unto papent is received, after as well as before any judgment is obtained.


52 The Company shaa be entitled to add to any sums due any reasonable costs and expenses (ndudJig admimstrative costs) incurred by the Company in obtaining payment thereof on an


indemnity basis.


5.3 The Coroanyshaa be entitled to charge the Advertiser C15.00 in respect of any cheque tendered which is not met upon presentation (a.nd to vary this charge al any time without notice).


5.4 The Company reserves the right to exerdse a Sen over any documents or other prcpeity of the Advertiser in its possession if the Compan/s charges are not paid in accordance wim these
