An opportunity exists for an exceptionai enthusiastic person to join our small management team at Roefield Leisure Centre.


An experienced Manager is required to take responsibility for the effective co-ordination of health and safety, customer care and maintenance of the facility. In addition you will assist the General Manager to drive the financial performance of the centre and increase participation.


You will devise a programme of community sport, physical activity and maximise links with sports organisations and health promotion agencies.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and operations of the facility to optimise safety and service satisfaction levels.


You will need to be a natural team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with management experience of a leisure facility.
