Automation and double-check systems have further reduced the already low error rate.
Patient satisfaction has significantly improved with the 24-hour prescription collection service, catering to patients working shifts or with busy schedules, ensuring they receive medications conveniently.
Positive patient feedback and word- of-mouth have increased the pharmacy's customer base, leading to unprecedented growth in prescription item count.

The RDS system allows for the completion of daily prescription workloads in just a few hours. Four delivery drivers cover Coatbridge, Airdrie, and neighbouring towns, ensuring quality service for housebound patients. Additionally, pharmacists now have more time to spend with patients during consultations and deliver personalized care.
Beyond their current innovative practices, Mint Pharmacy has ambitious plans for the future. With the impending launch of the Pharmacy First Plus service and phlebotomy training for their staff,
