WIGGLERS TO WALKERS (AGES BIRTH – 2) Join other parents and caregivers with their children for this interactive Storytime program full of songs, movement, and dedicated playtime. Designed for caregiver/child interaction, this program also includes plenty of opportunities for littles and their adults to build social skills and community.

LETTERS TO CHARACTERS (AGES BIRTH – 12) Visit the “Letters to Characters” Station and leave a letter in the mailbox for your favorite storybook characters! A new character is featured every week over the summer and personalized replies from the characters are available for pick-up at the Information Desk every Monday for the previous week’s character.
FAMILY STORYTIME (AGES 2 – 6) This interactive Storytime is packed with songs, rhymes, flannel stories, and finger plays! We’ll share fun stories with simple storylines and predictable plots that will support your child’s developing literacy. This program may intermittently be replaced by a family performer or event. TORTILLA STORYTIME AT CAROLINA’S RESTAURANT (AGES 2 – 6) This is our last community experience of this season. Families can enjoy a fun tortilla-themed Storytime program and a tortilla-making activity!

READING DRAGONS KIDS CLUB (AGES 5 – 12) This fun club rewards reading with trading cards. Stop by the information desk to pick up your Starter Pack, or to collect your weekly set of cards. Join us on the first Tuesday of each month for Kid’s Club meetings to design characters, play games, and win prizes!

BIG BUG CIRCUS The Great AZ Puppet Theater will perform using beautiful handmade marionettes and host a post-show talk about how the marionettes work. Due to limited space, we will have two showtimes available. Space is limited to 50 people per show. Entrance tickets will be given out on a first-come first-served basis the day of the program.
