Incredible Years Adelante Healthcare WIC
FREE services provided to Arizona families who qualify. Mothers, fathers, grandparents, foster parents, or other legal guardians of a child under 5 can apply for WIC. We also help pregnant and postpartum moms. Appointments are required and provided via phone.

This parenting program focuses on strengthening parenting skills and fostering parent involvement in children’s school experiences, promoting children’s academic, social, and emotional skills, and reducing behavior problems. Classes are delivered to groups of parents/caregivers according to their child’s age group: babies (0-12 months), toddlers (1-3 years), preschoolers (3-6 years).

Lunch & Learn Eat, Play, Grow
Learn fun, physical activities to do with your children and new tips for eating healthy in this interactive class. Children are welcome to attend and each participant will receive free gifts. Classes by appointment only.
