AviTEMP(Avondale Teen Employement Program)
More than just a job, the AviTEMP summer teen employment program provides qualified Avondale teens with work readiness training, a paid work experience, and a jump start on the competition. The 2025 program will run from June 2 - July 17.

AVONDALE YOUTH ADVISORY COMMISSION (AYAC) (AGES 13–18) Youth have a voice in Avondale! Join the AYAC to help promote positive change in Avondale through action and involvement. AYAC helps shape the future by providing input to City staff, planning community service projects, and attending leadership conferences.
AYAC meets at AZ Complete Health Avondale Resource Center the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6 pm.
JUNIOR SERVICE-LEARNING CLUB (GRADES 6TH- 8TH) The Avondale Junior Service-Learning Club is a great way for youth to learn valuable leadership skills and enjoy the unique opportunity to serve the community alongside other students from schools in the area. This is a fun and exciting opportunity to coordinate activities that support and serve the community while inspiring civic engagement and action. Participants will engage in monthly service projects based around family, school, the community, and much more!
Junior Service-Learning Club meets on the second Wednesday of the month at AZ Complete Health Avondale Resource Center at 4 pm.
