1. If a customer rings up, solve their problem, then at the end of the phone call say: “If there’s anything else we can do, don’t hesitate to give us a ring by phoning the number on the box”. Sometimes the customer hangs up before we finish speaking, which really hurts my feelings.
2. Nothing exciting was happening at the conference this morning. I didn’t want to be waiting around for someone to say something inspiring, so I felt like going home. Unfortunately, I had to hang around until the evening, as my boss insisted on me networking.

As well as managing number ones in over ten countries, the song Can’t Help Falling in Love featured in numerous films. While listening to his songs, you do feel that there’s something particularly electrifying about his singing. US President Jimmy Carter agreed saying that he had everlastingly changed the face of American popular culture.
