You may replace the voiceless TH /θ/ with /s/ and the voiced TH /ð/ with /z/. Notice the differences between them below.

Tip of tongue softly touching upper and lower front teeth.
Air moving past the tongue and teeth. SEE HEAR The tongue tip behind the teeth. Lower-pitched / darker sound /s/ and /z/
“s”: sink “z”: Zen
Tip of tongue can be up or down, but it is not touching the upper teeth.
Air moving past the tongue. You cannot see your tongue. Higher-pitched / brighter sound
If you want to make a TH, but are making a /s/ or /z/ sound, then move the tongue forwards and/or up so that you can feel the air moving past the tongue and the upper teeth.
