PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE
Passenger Identity Check The nature of the passengers carried on corporate jets and the facilities provided for such passengers, do not always provide the same level of security screening as those required for the general public.
In this situation, it is imperative that the identity of each passenger is established before they are allowed on board the aircraft.
Passenger Passport Reconciliation
Where possible, passengers are to access the aircraft via the airport departure terminal for security checks of passport and luggage.
On embarkation, a member of the crew is to cross-check the name(s) and passport(s) against the passenger manifest. The passport expiry date, the photograph and the name of the passenger must correspond with information on the passenger manifest prior to boarding. If this check reveals a discrepancy, the passenger must not be carried on the aircraft until the discrepancy has been rectified.
