Our recent achievements and plans for the future
This year we’ve expanded our event, admin, and virtual office services working with a wide range of clients to help them deliver projects and grow strategically. Highlights include hosting the Preston Partnership’s Been There, Built That series, helping long-standing clients secure major contracts, and continuing our work with charities such as Foxton Youth Centre and Barnardo’s to deliver meaningful results across the community.

The Eric Wright Group, based near Preston, develops, builds and maintains property and infrastructure. Owned by the Eric Wright Charitable Trust, we are committed to delivering employment and regeneration opportunities in the communities in which we operate. Our eight divisions collaborate to deliver high-quality results across construction, engineering, housing, care, facilities management, and development for public and private clients.

We’ve opened the doors to Aminate, a state-of-the-art flagship leisure destination right in the heart of the city centre, work also continues at pace at the iconic Tram Bridge project which will see the link between Preston and South Ribble restored. We’re working with Preston on exciting future projects including Amounderness House a new managed workspace and active travel and park schemes utilising Levelling Up funding.
