JaRo About us

We started JaRo HR in 2020 because during Covid there were so many businesses making quick people decisions in fear. We knew we could support them through the uncertainty and beyond. With a human first approach, our team builds strong relationships with the businesses we support.

Our achievements

We believe we add the human back into HR. We’re proud that the majority of our clients come from current clients’ referrals and in the last 12 months we haven’t lost a single client. We focus on solutions that really work. Getting to know the businesses we support and becoming part of their team allows us to offer the commercial support they need, whilst also bringing calm, clarity and confidence. We’ve grown slowly and in a way which has meant our JaRo ethos is embedded with each new employee we bring on board. We’re not here to be the biggest HR company, we’re here to make the biggest impact.

What it would mean to win

Winning this award would be emotional. When we set out, we didn’t have a big 10 year plan, we just wanted to make a difference. By winning we would proudly demonstrate that a human first approach works. We’re incredibly proud of our team and they deserve to be recognised.
