CheckedSafe is a Digital Compliance SaaS platform. Initially set up for the transport and logistics sector we have expanded and developed into other health and safety-related areas. In short, if something needs checking on paper, we digitise the process to provide a dynamic and contemporaneous record using a smartphone or tablet.
Our achievements
CheckedSafe is an innovative company transforming compliance from antiquated paper based systems to a digital solution using existing technology, namely smartphones and/or tablets. It is inexpensive and simple to use. Our solution enables users to undertake checks on vehicles, plant equipment, assets, audits and anything otherwise done using a paper sheet. We have won several awards for innovation. We deal with all sizes of company from those with one single vehicle to those with more than 10,000. We offer a free, 30 day trial for all enquiries.

As the UK’s only independent Financial Due Diligence boutique, the team provides buy/sell side diligence, sell-side support and exit planning and post–deal integration reviews. We also apply innovative approaches to data analytics and financial modelling, off-market acquisition searches and cash flow management.
Our achievements
In just over a year we have grown to a team of 18, opened our first office with plans to open a second, advised on more than 35 completed deals and developed an enviable client base both in the UK and Europe (including one of the UK’s most acquisitive, privately owned businesses). We are an engineering business with a pedigree of solving complex engineering challenges. Based in Lancashire since 1955, we have developed an international blue-chip customer base. ELE has a legacy of pioneering new ways of producing high-performance components, using niche technologies. The culture throughout ELE is ‘Making things possible’.
Our achievements
Post-Brexit, ELE has continued to export a significant and growing level of sales into Europe. We grew further throughout the Covid-19 lockdown, resulting in additional job creation, equating to a 25 per cent increase in the workforce since January 2020. We have also invested in a new manufacturing facility which, combined with investment in R&D, technology and developing our people, is building a brighter future for this and future generations. The prospects of new markets and new technology excite and challenge us.
