During the past decade we have refined our offering to become a leader in search marketing (SEO and PPC) using a balanced approach of automation and machine learning by applying data science and psychological approaches to language and page design and content.
Blackburn-based 21Digital has won the brief to manage the website and digital marketing for Leonard Dews, one of the North West’s oldest jewellers and luxury watch specialists, and will build a new website for Scanlite, which designs and manufactures bespoke digital signage, LED display screens and electronic information systems.
Fundamentally, we target high intent searchers and tailor webpages to suit their needs and wants so that they enquire or buy.
My biggest achievement so far
It’s easy to say that we are proud of our client wins and awards, we most certainly are, but our real achievements are what we’ve been able to help the individuals with in Novi.
Seeing our employees achieve their personal as well as professional goals and to continue to help with this is our biggest achievement, whether buying a new home, growing their family or taking a holiday.
Ambitions for the future
Growing on the success of our novitraining. com digital skills bootcamps, we are building on our training arm to upskill the digital marketing workforce.

Lea Hough Chartered Surveyors has obtained planning permission for a large housing development on land adjacent to Blainscough Hall, at Coppull. The decision comes following an appeal after the original planning application was refused by Chorley Borough Council.
We also aim to scale Novi, working with enterprise-level clients, whilst continuing to grow clients a select number of SMEs that have remained loyal to Novi for many years.
Blackburn-based Northern Industrial has enhanced its obsolete equipment buying capabilities in response to the global shortage of semiconductors. The supply chains of more than 160 industries around the world have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, industrial tensions between the USA and China as well as various severe weather incidents and a spate of industrial fires.

A minimum of £2m annual turnover, a dedicated contact with decision-making capability and high but realistically achievable growth ambitions. We prefer certain sectors, ideally B2B and / or high-transaction value B2C businesses and organisations.
