REFLECTING ON A WEEK OF CELEBRATION


SPONSORS of Lancashire Business Week 2021 came together at the new University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) North West.


Guests networked over breakfast and were then given a tour of the Samlesbury facility with Melissa Conlon and Iain Martin from the AMRC. They then joined in a discussion with Lancashire Business View publisher Richard Slater on opportunities and challenges.


The event was also a chance to consider plans for Lancashire Business Week 2022, which will take place this year from November 21-25.


The gathering replaced the live ‘resilience to recovery’ event at the AMRC in December which was set to round off our special week of insight and celebration. It was switched online at the last minute because of Covid.
