About us

novi.digital is an award-winning digital marketing agency, founded in 2009 by managing director Aaron Crewe.

It provides SEO and PPC research, analysis, reporting, and managed services to clients internationally. It is dedicated to sustainable growth, putting both employee, and client satisfaction at the forefront of what it does.

How we support our employees

Adopting a people-orientated approach to work, novi.digital has successfully achieved ‘mindful employer’ status, with wellbeing being at the heart of all decisions made by management, who are accessible and approachable, due to the company’s flat structure.

The company has successfully integrated formal and informal initiatives, which are constantly reviewed, such as monthly 1-1 wellbeing meetings; satisfaction surveys and weekly team socialising opportunities. novi is now looking to align KPIs to personal goals to allow employees to achieve these alongside professional targets.

Initiatives considering the importance of employee-wellbeing result in staff who succeed within the team and are motivated to continually improve and help peers progress too.

Aaron has managed to create an environment that makes employees feel valued and allows for consistent professional development.

Positivity within the team is evident in their communication, with criticism being constructive, giving multiple opportunities to learn and be challenged daily.

About us

Smith & Love is a planning consultancy with a difference. We have the same high levels of expert knowledge as a national firm, years of experience and countless contacts.

The difference is we’re small in size but big on experience. We’ve built our reputation on the strength and depth of our work, successful results and long-lasting relationships.

How we support our employees

As we return to the new normal empathy, kindness and compassion are the leadership skills that businesses should embrace.

At Smith & Love we value trust, fairness, authenticity and respect. This modus operandi runs through our team and our work.

We provide our team with access to a mental health support platform and hold Mental Skills sessions to openly discuss mental health and well-being topics.

Why it’s important to us

Work, and indeed life, is about human connections above all else no matter what service or product you are selling.

Authentic connections built on trust will endure in the longer term resulting in greater job satisfaction for employers and employees, reduced recruitment costs and success for all.

A company that genuinely supports its staff from a position of service - providing support, flexibility and opportunities for personal growth - will succeed together.
