Sally originally worked in operational


management and HR before retraining as a women’s health coach a decade ago. Initially, she specialised in pre- and post-natal health, but on realising how unprepared for menopause many women feel, this became her focus. She then launched The Menopause Club, which provides support, education and coaching for women, and she is a director of Henpicked, which provides five-star, CPD accredited menopause training for the workplace.
