Hannah Allen
Chief executive, Blackburn Youth Zone
Hannah is the chief executive of
Blackburn Youth Zone, which aims to improve the prospects of five to 19-year-olds in the town. She has worked in partnership with the local business community to both help fund the project, as well as create organisations provide opportunities for equipping young people with life skills, increased confidence and independence. Hannah’s work within the business community has seen her take on a director’s role at Hive, the ambassador’s network for Blackburn with Darwen, and she is also involved with recent efforts to bring a youth zone to Darwen.
Jane Binnion
Managing director, The Growing Club CIC
Jane Binnion is the founder
of The Growing Club CIC which delivers pre-start up, start up and business growth support specifically for women. In recent years, Jane has helped the organisation to secure £164,000 of National Lottery funding, as well as earning a place as one of just ten social enterprises to collaborate on a Changemakers Programme with Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company. Jane is committed to ongoing work to level-up parity and equality for women especially those who are unwaged, refugees, leaving domestic violence situations, prison and young women leaders.
Jane helps inspire and educate the future leaders as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Lancaster University Management School.
Sandra Cottam-Shea
Managing director, SCS Logistics
Sandra is the managing director of SCS Logistics,
which serves the north of Lancashire and Isle of Man with worldwide freight
Kristen
Cunliffe Managing director, Red Star Wealth Management
Kristen has worked in the financial
services profession for nearly a quarter of a century. She launched Red Star Wealth Management in 2011 to offer a range of financial services for individuals and companies. This was followed up by the launch of Red Star Education, which aims to educate young people about managing their money, which led to a specialism in working with young footballers and Premier League academies, discussing how to handle the wealth that fame brings. More recently Kristen launched Luna financial coaching to help individuals better understand money.
Jaydee Davis
Operations director, Community & Business Partners
Jaydee oversees all the business engagement projects at
Community & Business Partners. This support includes a team of 200 mentors coaching private sector organisations, and forging relationships with public sector
Maria Coupe
Director, Shout Network
Maria helped launch Shout Network in 2008 to support local businesses in
making connections. What began as two networking groups has grown to more than 20, organising 600 events per year attracting thousands of attendees. In 2015, Shout organised the first Lancashire Business Expo which now attracts more than 150 exhibitors and more than 2,000 delegates each year.

Export manager, Department for International Trade
Lynne helps Lancashire businesses to
explore overseas opportunities. She has worked for the Department for International Trade for more than a decade, focusing specifically on the red rose county in recent years. She is able to draw on extensive international experience, which includes carrying out more than 3,000 commercial research projects in over 90 countries and leading trade delegations to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
Amanda
Greenwood Chief executive, Lancashire Women
Amanda is an experienced third sector practitioner
with significant strategic management experience and a commitment to social justice and tackling inequalities. Following work within organisations focusing on homelessness and adoption, Amanda now heads up Lancashire Women, a charity reaching around 8,000 individuals. With four locations in the county and an online offering, the organisation provides support for mental health and wellbeing, employment, money and general life skills.
