The D&M Creative team
Alongside recruiting and training experienced staff, D&M is investing in its future by taking on a degree apprentice. Megan Mayor is studying with the University of Lancashire at Burnley College and is already proving to be a valuable asset to the business, with a bright future ahead of her.
Morgan says: “We’re all very different people, young and older, neurodiverse, each with unique skills, but together we offer something really special. Most of all, we care.
“Clients repeatedly thank us for the speed and quality of our work. We care about our clients, we care about our work, and we take

In 2024, D&M introduced a specialist print division led by Iain Bennett, a long-term friend and supplier to the business.
Clients within the print division include councils such as Manchester, Salford and Bolton, alongside more than 80 private companies across the North West. Over the past year, the resurgence of tactile print has driven growth of more than 30 per cent, with cost-effective digital embellishment such as varnish and foil proving particularly popular.

“We offer flexible working, private health cover for everyone, and additional holiday allowance each year, rewarding the dedication each team member brings.”
The range of services offered by D&M has expanded significantly over the past 24 months. The agency now delivers highly complex and bespoke web development, at a level many SMEs would not usually
Looking to the future, D&M was recently awarded an innovation grant from Pendle Council to invest in an augmented reality project. Development is already well underway, and by March the agency will have launched a pilot product, opening the world of VR and AR to SMEs that would otherwise be unable to cover the current development costs.
Technology plays a central role within the business. The agency’s CRM system was developed in-house by technical director Gary
Baldwin, allowing the team to track and manage all projects from a single central platform.
For Daniel Thwaites PLC, this system manages more than 110 websites designed by D&M, with automation that has transformed an extremely complex project into one that is both manageable and scalable.
For clients, this means work is delivered promptly, deadlines are met, jobs are not missed, and quality standards remain consistently high.
With increasing market demand and new client wins towards the end of 2025, D&M plans to recruit at least two new team members in early 2026, ensuring customer service levels continue to meet the highest standards.
Morgan adds: “We remain committed to recruiting the best talent to keep our team moving forward.
“I want to be surrounded by people who are better than me at what they do. Only by doing this can we continue to raise our standards and deliver the very best for our clients.”
D&M operates an open-door policy and welcomes anyone seeking advice, from start-ups, to organisations with over 1,000 employees to simply drop in for a chat.
The team will also be attending the Red Rose Awards this year, where they are once again sponsoring the Leisure and Hospitality category.
