From its apprenticeships supported by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and The Worshipful Company of Cooks of London to workshops featuring industry leaders, the college has unparalleled links to the culinary community. Our stellar alumni include Jamie Oliver and Andrew Wong. .


Located within WestKing’s Victoria Centre, the school provides a comprehensive range of courses from its professional kitchens. The college is also home to The Vincent Rooms, which comprises The Brasserie and The Escoffier Room. These award- winning dining venues provide the perfect opportunity for students to hone their craft and put their skills to the test.

Sharing expertise with gourmets of all ages For bon vivants or those who simply love to cook, the Supper Clubs and Masterclasses maximise participants’ passion for food and drinks through enjoyable and interactive learning. Courses centre on seasonal dining, reducing waste and elevating skills with professional techniques.


The college also opens its doors to budding chefs with its Young Chef and Young Baker Academies. These short courses introduce classical dishes, knife skills and essential food preparation techniques.
