What does it mean to be a part of the Cubitt House family? “Cubitt House continues to amaze me. We have so many talented people in the business. We have a rule that we only work with great people who care passionately about the hospitality business – people we know and trust – and I think over the years that really shines through.”
What has been your most rewarding experience working at Cubitt House? “It sounds a bit naff but every day I love walking into the busy pubs and seeing people
having fun with their family and friends. It’s what its all about really.”
What advice would you give to other women aspiring to leadership roles in hospitality? “It’s a long journey and hopefully a long life and so you just need to stick at it, be happy, determined, professional and enjoy yourself. Its not always the best that get to leadership positions in any industry – its often the really proactive, confident, helpful and determined that do.”
