Teresa began her journey with the Dorchester Collection in 2018 as the Spa Director for Coworth Park. In 2022, Teresa was promoted to take on the role of Global Head of Wellness & Spa – a key role in developing Dorchester Collection’s global spa and wellness initiatives. Wellness is a fundamental part of both the guest and employee experience within the Dorchester Collection. Employees and guests alike seek an environment in which they feel emotionally cared for, and Teresa has an important role to play in driving our global wellness strategy across all our hotels worldwide.
