The marketing that Bookatable and its part- ners offer increases incremental bookings at times when a restaurant is less busy, allowing restaurants to specify the time diners arrive. This helps restaurants provide a better service and all-round experience for diners. Capturing booking data in a GDPR-com- pliant way allows restaurants to analyse past


performance and assist with forecasting, as well as recognising and acknowledging your regular diners.


Bookatable is unique in that we provide our restaurants with diner data, such as email addresses, allowing restaurants to customise and personalise their own marketing and newsletters. In this smartphone age, more than 70% of
