CASE STUDIES

Brand: BURTON Agency: AFFILIATE WINDOW

Burton was eager to reach out to

new audiences whilst giving its existing customers more say in how they purchase from the brand. Burton decided to launch an omnichannel affi liate marketing strategy with the help of Affi liate Window. Burton provided two publishers with

voucher codes entitling customers to 25 per cent off their purchases which could be used across a range of channels. This promotion boosted in-store footfall and increased affi liate traffi c by 260 per cent on the previous week. Burton installed functionality in its

shops to ensure all customers who paid using the voucher were tracked in real time. The number of customers that made purchases online (from either desktop or mobile devices) was also logged - enabling Burton to monitor the channels its customers prefer. This close tracking also ensured the correct affi liate partner was rewarded for the sales they generated in-store. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/burton.aspx

Brand: DUNE Agency: RAKUTEN LINKSHARE

In 2010, fashion accessory retailer Dune

launched an affi liate programme with Rakuten LinkShare in order to increase online sales. Since then, Dune has been successfully

working with a variety of publishers. This has allowed it to test new markets without having to fi nd additional budget, as all activity is operated on a cost-per-action basis. The affi liate programme has seen

impressive yearly growth across all key performance indicators – impressions, clicks, orders and conversions. fi garodigital.co.uk/case-study/dune-affi liate- marketing-programme.aspx
