Meet the judges
Kate Constance UK procurement manager, travel and BSS, BNP Paribas In 13 years at BNP Paribas, Kate has been responsible for defining policy, implementing new technologies, leading continuous change and modifying trav- eller and business behaviour. She works collaboratively and in equal partnership with suppliers, which has generated proven positive outcomes. Kate was awarded ITM’s Buyer Achievement Awards “Best UK Travel Manager” in 2013.
Michael Hill Global travel manager Michael is a true corporate travel visionary, having held director and global travel roles with Liberty Global, Zurich Insurance, Coca-Cola, IHG, Universal Music and EDS. Prior to moving over to the corporate side, Michael worked in airline and TMC environments, including BA, Rosenbluth, and NIS Europe.
Robbie Hughes Manager – travel EMEA, Salesforce Robbie is a travel veteran with more than 40 years’ experience, including 21 years at American Express. In 2000 he joined Cisco Systems with responsibility for its travel and expense programmes across EMEA. After a six years in that post, he joined Oracle Corporation as EMEA travel manager. In 2010 he became Salesforce’s EMEA travel and expenses manager. Today, he has responsibility for travel operations, service delivery and supplier procurement. Robbie has been on the board of ITM in the UK for the past seven years. He holds a master certification in project management as well as the GBTA GTP certification.
Rebecca Jackson MCIPS Senior category manager, Aviva Rebecca was a finalist in the Travel Buyer of the Year award category in both 2016 and 2017 for her work at Communisis. She has worked in corporate travel procurement for more than 12 years at

a variety of companies, including Honeywell, British American Tobacco and Proxima. Recognised for her ability to create, implement and drive innovative travel management strategies that tackle all areas of travel, Rebecca has delivered policy and behavioural change resulting in significant headline savings and operational excellence throughout her career.
Marie Luc Category team leader – SCM Indirect Services Marie has 15 years of experience in purchasing and held several strategic sourcing roles managing indirect services portfolios, with the primary objectives of ensuring optimal process, cost efficiency, stakeholders’ satisfaction and best in class sourcing strategies. Marie’s established experience has provided her with an expert understanding of busi- ness travel requirements, and she was awarded ITM Best Travel Manager Award, Ireland 2016.
Sarah Marshall Travel & security manager, DAI Europe Sarah is the travel & security manager for DAI Europe, a global employee-owned company that implements development assistance projects in the world’s poorest countries. She provides a crucial travel, medical and security management and advice service that helps to keep DAI field and head office teams safe as they deliver results across diverse international de- velopment contexts, from stable societies with potentially high-growth economies to challenging environments affected by political or military conflict.
Stephen McGrane AVP S2P Practice, Genpact Steve has worked in the travel industry for more than 30 years in various travel management roles overseeing business planning, revenue management and operational leadership. He has developed
a strong understanding of travel suppliers’ core dependences, business
processes and commercial needs. Steve has helped a number of large multinational clients optimise their travel programmes, both operationally and commercially. His areas of expertise include travel programme consultancy, global sourcing solutions, supplier and customer portfolio management, travel programme strategies, implementation and commercial development. Steve is an active member of ITM and has been a judge on the Business Travel Journalism Awards in recent years.
Corrina Murray Senior global process manager – travel operations, Google Corrina has worked for Google for five years and now runs its global travel operations programme. She and her team believe in putting the traveller first and are committed to driving innovations to deliver superior traveller experiences and value to Google, powered by cut- ting-edge technology solutions, optimised policies and rewarding the right kind of behaviours. Corrina trained as an ac- countant with PwC and holds a LLB, Joint Honours Degree in law and accountancy from Queen’s University of Belfast.
Hannah Richardson Category manager travel & venue services, KPMG Winner of the 2018 Travel Buyer of the Year award, Hannah studied law before working at Grass Roots for five years focusing on strategic meetings management. She joined KPMG in 2011 starting as a sourcing specialist in marketing before working her way to category manager for both travel and marketing as part of the procurement leadership team. Within the travel cat- egory, the team manages an end-to-end solution, encompassing everything from procurement to supplier management and operations, and takes responsibility for developing and leading the strategy
