AEG has launched a new hob that comes with a wireless, battery-less probe that monitors the core temperature of food to ensure precise cooking. Users can pick from a list of dishes so the heat is automatically adjusted to create the ideal result. The hob has other built-in features that are said to make cooking easier for everyone like it can detect rising bubbles and will lower the temperature to avoid pans boiling over. Küppersbusch has launched the Profession+ KI 9820.0 induction hob. The five cooking zones have 15 power levels and can be adjusted with the sweep of a finger thanks to its precision GlideControl display.
