Improve IAQ with low carbon solutions

Panasonic says its low carbon heating, cooling, and refrigeration solutions, to be shown in Manchester, are ‘not just reliable, energy-efficient, and cost- effective’, but also play a crucial role in decarbonising buildings. It said: “Designed to provide better indoor air quality and comfort for healthcare staff and patients, they are an ideal choice for any healthcare facility. Take, for example, our cutting-edge hydronic heat pump range. This range, which harnesses the power of low-carbon technology, is both user-friendly and versatile. Thanks to recent advancements, these systems boast improved energy performance, even at higher temperatures. The Panasonic ECOi-W R290 range, for instance, can seamlessly integrate with your existing heating / hot water infrastructure, minimising disruption during installation. This new series can

deliver a higher water output temperature of 70 °C, and can be connected to existing fixtures such as radiators.” Another ‘game-changing technology’

from Panasonic is ‘nanoe X’ – now a key feature in its low-carbon heating and cooling solutions, which the technology provider says has been scientifically proven to inhibit the growth of certain viruses, bacteria, and allergens – enhancing air hygiene and preventing transmission of airborne pathogens and bacteria, ‘for a cleaner, more pleasant, indoor environment’.
