Uninterrupted flow Fully-compliant medical vacuum systems
Are your vacuum systems compliant with HTM standards? Can they sustain system design flow rates? Are they the right size? How many pumps should you have?
Pneumatech Medical Gas Solutions’ centralised, fully-compliant medical vacuum systems are designed to answer your questions. They provide a continuous supply to a pipeline system in healthcare facilities. Our medical vacuum systems are available with two to six vacuum pumps and can be configured as a packaged or modular system.
Most vacuum pump manufacturers offer flow rates which relate only to the stand alone vacuum pump inlet and outlet, they overlook all other impact losses to flow rate. This often leads to undersized vacuum systems and/or the wrong redundancy of pumps. We offer a redundant to multiplex system such that the supply is maintained in single fault condition, also our Horizontal Medical Vacuum Plants are fully tested and supplied with pre-piped filtration, for modular Medical Vacuum Plants they are supplied with vertical vessels and vacuum pumps which come complete with copper stub connections for flexible onsite location. All electrical system components are EMC certified in accordance with HTM06-01: 2017 and HTM02-01 section 2.42.
At Pneumatech Medical Gas Solutions, we size and design our systems to ensure you have the right system for your needs, fully compliant with the Medical Device Directive and soon to be the Medical Device Regulations.
