Procedure: Disperse phase B2 in phase B1. Heat phase A and phase B to 75-80°C. Add phase A slowly to phase B while stirring. Homogenize. Cool down while stirring and add phase C at 40°C. Adjust the pH to 5.5-6.5. Properties: Appearance: white o/w lotion; pH (24 °C): 5.9; Viscosity: 10,000 mPa.s (Brookfield DVII+, Helipath spindle B, 10 rpm) at 24°C; Stability: 3 months at 40°C, FTC (-5°C to +40°C), 5°C and RT.

Cool to 40°C and add the dispersed phase C and D while stirring. Adjust the pH to 5.0-5.2 if necessary. Properties: Appearance: white o/w lotion; pH (23 °C): 5.2; Viscosity: 10,000 mPa.s (Brookfield DV II+, Helipath spindle B, 10 rpm) at 23°C; Stability: 3 months at 40°C, FTC (-5°C to +40°C), 5 C, RT and 1 week at 50°C.
