Procedure: In a suitable vessel, add Deionized Water. Add #2 into DI Water at room temperature with gentle mixing. Mix for ˜ 10 minutes. (*Begin heating batch to ˜60-65°C). Add #3/ #4/ #5, slowly to the batch and allow to mix each until uniform at 60-65°C. (* Remove heat from batch and cool to ˜40°C before continuing with remaining batch ingredient additions). Part B: Add in and adjust the batch pH with the NaOH (20%) to a pH 6.8-7.0. Add ingredients #7-10 to the batch and allow to mix until uniform after each addition. Add #11 to the batch with good mixing. Check pH
