Procedure: Mix and heat ingredients in Phase A and B at 85°C while stirring until uniform, respectively. Add Phase B into Phase A and homogenize for 5min at round 4000 rpm. Add Phase C slowly while homogenizing for 3min until uniform. Add Pre-dissolved Phase D at 80°C while stirring until uniform. Cool down to 40°C, add Phase E while stirring until uniform. Properties: Appearance: Clear and Viscous Fluid; Appearance: White Lotion; Viscosity: 9,000±500 mPa.s (25°C, Brookfield RVT, 93#, 10rpm); pH (25°C): 5.5±0.5
