Procedure: To the main beaker, add Deionized Water and Dissolvine GL-47-S chelate and begin mixing using a propeller blade. Adjust the mixing speed until a vortex 2/3 of the way down the mixing shaft is created and add Structure M3 starch until its fullydissolved. Adjust the mixing speed as needed to maintain the vortex through addition and dissolution of Structure M3 starch, and startheating the batch to 70°C. Once the batch is at 70°C, add Elfan AT84 surfactant and Proteric CAB-LC. Care should be taken to avoid excessive foaming. After the Elfan AT84 surfactant is fully dissolved, start cooling the batch to RT. Once the batch is at RT, add rest of the ingredients Properties: Appearance: Water-thin transparent liquid; pH 6 - 7

Procedure: Into the main mixing vessel, charge all of the water containined in the formulation. Begin mixing. Add the Amaze XT and allow tohydrate unti the solution is translucent and smooth. Add the remaining ingredients in the formulation, one at a time, mixing well inbetween additions. Properties: Appearance: Translucent, semi-viscousliquid; pH 5.5; Viscosity: 1800 - 2300 cps Speed: 5 rpm, Spindle: RV-1 , Temperature: 20 °C
