Procedure: Prepare phase A by slowly adding ingredient #2 to ingredient #1. When mixture is homogeneous, add the other ingredients of phase A in order listed. Mix well between each addition. Melt DOWSIL™ 2503 Cosmetic Wax before adding it. Heat phase A to 40°C. Mix phase B ingredients together until homogeneous. Heat to 40°C. Slowly add phase B to phase A increasing mixing speed upon addition. Add phase C ingredient to phase AB. Mix for an additional 5 minutes under high shear.

Procedure: Mix ingredients of phase A together and heat to 65°C while stirring. Add Xanthan Gum once other ingredients are dispersed in water. Mix pigments of phase B together and add to phase A. Mix ingredients of phase C together and heat to 65°C. Add phase C to phase AB. Cool down to 40°C. Add phase D ingredient to phase ABC. Mix for an additional 5 minutes under high shear.
