Procedure: In the main vessel, add phase A ingredients and heat up to 75-80°C while mixing. In another container, premix phase B. Then, add phase B into phase A and mix until uniform. Ensure that the temperature is at 75-80°C. In B annex containers, weigh separately phase C and phase D and heat up to 75-80°C while mixing. When both phases reach 75-80°C, add phase C and D into phase E and maintain temperature at 75-80°C. When both phases are at 80°C, add oil phase into the water phase and mix with high shear mixing for 3min (Silverson). Then, switch to propeller mixer and start cooling batch down with gentle sheer mixing (300 rpm). At 30°C, add phases F to L ingredients one at a time and mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5 - 6.0
