Procedure: To the main beaker, add Deionized Water and Dissolvine GL-47-S chelate. Under mixing with a propeller blade, create a vortex 2/3 of the way down the mixing shaft and slowly sift in Amaze XT polymer to fully hydrate it. Adjust the mixing speed as needed to maintain the vortex through addition and hydration. After Amaze XT polymer is fully hydrated, modify the mixing speed to create a vortex again. Add Structure M3 starch and continuemixing until Structure M3 starch is fully dissolved. Once Structure M3 starch is fully dissolved, add all ingredients one-by-one except Unispheres NT-2302 while continuing mixing.Care should be taken to ensure that the foaming is kept under control by modifying the rate of mixing. After all ingredients are fully mixed, reduce the rate of mixing to 300rpm and add Unispheres NT-2302 Properties: Appearance: Translucent gel with suspended beads/bubbles; pH: 6 - 7; Viscosity: 47000 - 15000 centipoise Speed: 20 rpm, Spindle: RV-03 , Temperature: 25 celsius
