Procedure: Add A2 to A1 under stirring and heat to 80°C. Place B under stirring and heat to 80°C. Emulsify B into A with high shear for 10 minutes. At room temperature, add C under gentle stirring. Adjust the pH to 5.0 - 5.5 with D. Properties: Very thick off-white emulsion pH = 5.2

Procedure: Add B into A under moderate stirring. Add C to AB under high stirring. Adjust the pH to 5.0 - 5.5 with D. Keep stirring for 10 minutes. Add E, F and G under moderate stirring. Properties: Supple, shiny, off-white cream-gel. pH = 5.4
