Procedure: In a suitable vessel, add Deionized Water. Add A2 into DI Water at room temperature with gentle mixing. Mix for ˜10 minutes. Add A3 slowly to the batch and allow to mix until uniform. Part B1: Add in and adjust the batch pH with the NaOH (20%) to a pH 6.8-7.0. Add ingredients C1-C4 to the batch slowly and allow to mix until uniform after each addition. Add C5 to the batch after deaeration of the batch with slow mixing to avoid air entrapment.
