Procedure: Mix the ingredients of phase (A) and homogenize. Add phase (B) into phase (A) under stirring and homogenize until form the gel. Heat the phase (A+B) until 75°C - 80°C. Pre-mix phase (C) and heat until 75°C - 80°C. Add phase (C) into phase (A+B) under stirring. Start to cool down under medium stirring. Add phases (D) and (E) below 40°C. Check the pH and if necessary, adjust to 5.0-5.5. Properties: Appearance: Off-White Sérum Viscosity (Brookfield, 25°C, 20 rpm): 7000-9000 cPs pH: 5.3
