Try one of these easy-to-customize options:
Tacos Set up a make-your-own taco bar with shells, sautéed veggies, beans, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, and shredded chicken.
Stir-fries Add veggies, sauce, and noodles to one pan and cook meat in a separate skillet.
Kabobs Put onions, peppers, mushrooms, and other veggies on half your skewers and fill the rest with chicken, fish, or tofu. And remember: You can make kabobs in the oven, too.
