4 (8-inch) flour tortillas ½ cup Nature’s Promise® Organic Pizza Sauce, plus more for serving 1 cup reduced- fat shredded mozzarella cheese


4 slices 97% fat-free uncured smoked thin-sliced ham ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced 2 tbsp canned sliced black olives (optional) 2 tbsp canola oil


STEP 1 Spread out the tortillas on a cutting board. Divide the pizza sauce among tortillas. Add 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella to half of each tortilla and top cheese with the ham slices. Top with the bell pepper slices and olives, if desired, and sprinkle remaining mozzarella over toppings. Fold empty half of each tortilla over filling to close. STEP 2 In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high. Add 2 filled pizzadillas to skillet. Cook 5 min., until browned and crisp, flipping halfway through. Repeat with remaining 2 pizzadillas. Cut into wedges to serve. Serve with more pizza sauce, if desired.

STEP 1 Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. To a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high, add the ground beef and cook 8–10 min., until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and set aside. STEP 2 Scatter the tortilla chips on baking sheet in an even layer. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the chips. Bake until cheese is just melted, 5–7 min. Meanwhile, add ketchup mixture to skillet with beef. Simmer 1–2 min. STEP 3 Once the cheese is melted, remove the nachos from the oven. Pour the sloppy joe mixture evenly over the nachos. 2 celery stalks 1 lb cooked chilled lobster meat (precooked or from about 3 medium lobsters) ½ cup mayonnaise


2 tsp lemon juice 4 green onions 3 tbsp melted butter 4 New England- style split-top hot dog rolls


STEP 1 Set grill to medium-high. Finely chop the celery. Chop the lobster meat and transfer to a large bowl, along with the mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir lobster mixture until well combined. STEP 2 Brush the green onions with 1 tbsp butter. Split open the rolls and brush insides with remaining 2 tbsp butter. Grill green onions 1–2 min., until slightly charred and softened, turning occasionally. Let green onions cool. Grill the rolls, buttered sides down, 1–2 min., until well toasted. STEP 3 Finely chop green onions and add to lobster mixture. Stir to combine. Divide lobster salad among grilled hot dog rolls and serve immediately.
