VEGGIE ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 6 oz rotini pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water. Meanwhile, halve 1 pint grape tomatoes. In a large serving bowl, toss together 1 lb deli crunchy vegetable salad, pasta,
tomatoes, and ¹/³ cup Nature’s Promise® Organic Italian Dressing. Season with salt
and pepper. Top with ¹/³ cup goat cheese crumbles and ¼ cup chopped parsley, if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
