GRILLED CHICKEN PARM BURGER

GRILLED PLANT-BASED BURGER WITH PINEAPPLE

1 (16 oz) pkg plant- based meat, such as Beyond Burger 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp paprika 5 tbsp Nature’s Promise® Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, divided
½ (18 oz) pineapple, cored, drained 4 hamburger buns Lettuce and jalapeños (optional)
1 lb ground chicken 2 tbsp olive oil Basil leaves and tomato slices (optional) ½ (8 oz) ball fresh mozzarella, cut into 4 slices 4 hamburger buns, split
STEP 1 To a large bowl, add the garlic, ¼ cup marinara, shredded cheese, and bread crumbs. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined. Shape into 4 patties. STEP 2 Set grill or grill pan to medium and brush with the oil. Place patties on grill and cook 4–5 min. Flip burgers and cook 2 min. more. Spread 1 tbsp remaining marinara onto each burger. Add the basil leaves and tomato slices, if desired, and top each with the sliced mozzarella. Cover and cook 4 min. Remove burgers from grill and serve on the buns.
STEP 1 Heat grill or grill pan to medium- high. Add the plant-based meat to a large bowl with the garlic powder, paprika, and 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties. STEP 2 Slice the pineapple into ½-inch rounds. Place patties and sliced pineapple on grill. Cook 3–4 min. per side, basting pineapple and burgers with remaining teriyaki sauce. Place pineapple slices on bottom halves of burger buns; top with burgers and any remaining teriyaki sauce. Top with the lettuce and jalapeños, if desired.

GRILLED FRENCH ONION BURGER
PREP TIME 10 MIN. – COOK TIME 30 MIN. READY IN 40 MIN. – SERVINGS 4
2 tbsp olive oil, divided 2 tbsp butter 2 onions, thinly sliced 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
1 (1 oz) pkg onion soup & dip mix 4 hamburger buns or split ciabatta rolls 4 slices Swiss cheese
STEP 1 In a large skillet over medium-high, heat 1 tbsp oil and butter. Add the onions and season with salt. Sauté 5 min., until beginning to brown. Add 2 tbsp water and scrape up any brown bits on bottom of skillet with a wooden spoon. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 min., until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally. STEP 2 Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the beef and onion soup mix. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 equal-size patties. Grease grill or grill pan and set to medium. Brush cut sides of the buns or rolls with remaining 1 tbsp oil. Place bread on grill and heat until toasted, 1–2 min. per side. STEP 3 Place patties on grill or grill pan and cook 3–4 min. per side, until desired doneness. During last minute of cooking, place 1 slice cheese on each burger and cover to melt. Serve on grilled rolls and top with caramelized onions.
