Transform ready-made deli salads with a few store-bought stir-ins. No one will guess
salads they’re not homemade.
BACON AND CHEDDAR LOADED POTATO SALAD
PREP TIME 9 MIN. – COOK TIME 1 MIN. READY IN 10 MIN. – SERVINGS 6
Microwave ½ (2.1 oz) box fully cooked bacon according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly, then roughly chop. In a large bowl, combine bacon, 1 (15 oz) tub Red Skin Potato Salad, 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, 1 stalk finely chopped celery, ¼ cup finely chopped red onion, and 1 tbsp finely chopped Nature’s Promise® chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then garnish with an additional 1 tbsp chopped chives.
