FLIP YOUR TORTILLA OUT OF THE PAN
Flipping the skillet-sized Easy Spanish Tortilla on page 29 out of the pan is easier than it looks. Run
your spatula or knife around the outer edge to loosen. Place a large plate over the pan. Place one hand in the center of the plate. Grip the handle of the pan with
your other hand, palm facing up. Quickly and carefully flip the pan so the tortilla releases onto the plate.
