spinach. Return chicken (and any juices) to skillet. Cover with lid, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 12–14 min., until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. If desired, slice chicken breasts and return to skillet.
Stir in ½ (5 oz) pkg baby BABY SPINACH Serve immediately.
