Perry, OH — TT Electronics has launched its HM73E-10 series of SMT miniature power inductors tar- geted at high-reliability applications in the automotive industry. The inductors are suitable for high-effi- ciency DC-DC applications where size is critical. Their AEC-Q200 certi- fication ensures the performance and reliability levels that automotive applications demand. The inductors are mechanically
robust, magnetically shielded and have been designed to maximize the inductance value and high satura- tion current for better performance. According to the company, they also have a lower DC resistance and improved, lower temperature rise performance than their predecessors and other similar inductors on the market. Currently six models are avail-
able comprising current ratings from 15 to 65A that operate in a tempera- ture range of –50 to +155°C (–58 to +311°F). At 100 kHZ, inductance rat-
