It con- sists of an in-flight, reconfigurable FPGA CubeSat-compatible board, has a volume of less than 0.3U, uses less than 1W of power, and provides up to 800 ADS-B packages per second. There are many applications that these nano-satellites can address. One
application is in satellite tracking of vehicles or aircraft from orbit. If an air- craft sends a signal, usually ground stations and other airplanes receive the information, but when flying over large bodies of water, there are often no receivers within reach. A nano- satellite can fill the gap for communi-
