COT Introduces Mycronic Agilis Feeder Repair Kit


Gainesville, GA — Count On Tools (COT) has ex- panded its repair program for Mycronic Agilis feeders, by offering repair kits for the Agilis FLEX feeders. Each feeder repair kit includes a preci- sion-machined aluminum side-cover plate and matching barcode. According to the company, it is the only re-


pair option on the market for these feeders. The kit is designed to offer significant cost savings when compared with purchasing replacement feeders. With each broken feeder, customers lose money. With the introduction of the repair kits, customers can expect much higher durability combined with significant cost savings and reduced waste. The new feeder repair kits can be installed by the customer, eliminating the need for worn and


damaged feeders to be sent to Count On Tools for repair. This new system also allows users to repair


feeders with broken finger tabs. The robust, all- aluminum construction of the new feeder side- cover plate means greater strength and more dura- bility. All components are precision-machined re- placements for the original parts using high-quali- ty materials and coatings.
